Spoke with Neil. Neil said he gave a rating of 3 for the overall experience because the vehicle was late and the quality of the workmanship was not what was expected. There is a right front headlight that will not stay in place and this will have to be properly repaired. The paintwork was splotchy and he will talk to the business about correcting this. The vehicle was late by 1 week. He was told it would be ready in 1 week but when he called 2 days later he was given a new promise date of a couple of days. This happened repeatedly. No one at the business called to let Neil know there would be a delay and there were no updates. Neil said the lateness of the vehicle was a great frustration. The causes of the delay were parts and insurance issues. There was also a problem with how Neil's wife was treated when she called to find out if the vehicle was ready. He will not recommend this business because of the poor communication and customer service.
