Todd said this business does a good job and he is satisfied with the work they do, but when they fixed his vehicle they did not do an operations check prior to calling him to pick up the vehicle. When he got there his left headlight was not working properly. He said they got on that right away, connected the headlight and got it working on the spot. The next morning while driving to work the headlights stopped working again and must have come loose. He has not been able to call the business regarding this yet.

Happy we got your headlight taken care of right away -
The vehicle was picked up on April 4th and customer was in another accident on April 5th - the headlight was impacted in the new accident and is the cause of the failure - we have car schedule in for repairs and will get it taken care of on this new claim.
