Clay said he was not satisfied with the body work because they put his license plate on crooked. He has not contacted them about it yet, but he plans to. There are other minor unspecified issues with his vehicle that he needs to contact them about as well.

We spoke with Clay - he has been dealing with this claim for months on his daughters car (due to the insurance company). we only replaced the rear bumper cover. customer gave lower score due to this review was the 3rd one on this car and he just wants to be done with the claim. Clay is a repeat customer  of 5 times.
