Samuel said the job was not completed. The vehicle was not ready when promised because the passenger side mirror is still not working properly. At this point, he probably would not recommend this business, because this facility has not fixed the problem with the mirror yet.

Erica said they were supposed to fix her headlights. She gave them $304 to change the bulbs. They were not fixed. She went back but they would not fix them nor refund her money. She was told by another business that they had rewired incorrectly.

This is a very unfortunate that we received a negative review on this repair - we actually repaired the back end of the vehicle and at the time it was in the shop - the customer asked us to replace both headlights as they were both burned out - you have to remove the front bumper cover and both headlights to do this procedure. once the headlights were removed we noticed that the electrical plugs were corroded and need replaced. we ordered new electical plugs and headlight bulbs and everything worked great! the car left (Headlights worked) and a couple days later the customer called and said they were not working - we had her bring the car back in and we tore it all apart again and notice that the plugs were burnt up again - we spoke with the customer and let her know that she had other problems with her electrical system then just the headlights (sounded like she was aware of this) we did do everything she asked of us and we also refunded her $100.00 just to be nice. As for as being told that it is rewired incorrectly - there are only 2 wires - they work or dont - its that easy.

Brian said this business is his go-to facility for service. They did an excellent job and kept him informed even though it was a tricky process because of the condition of his vehicle. When he got his vehicle back, it was beautiful. He heard about them through the recommendations of his family and friends but he thinks he's used them before.

Spoke with Eric. He said everything went well during his visit to this business and it was a good experience. They did good work and dealt with the insurance company for him. The rear door beeps when opened and it was not doing that before. They were supposed to look into it and get back to him but they have not yet.

Jackie said she looked this business up on the internet and was very impressed with how professional the website looked. When she called this business, the first impression of the person she spoke with was friendly and professional. Her vehicle was ready for her before promised and it was cleaned inside and out, which was very nice. The staff was really friendly and professional. It made her very comfortable. When she received her vehicle, it looked brand new. The body work and the paint matched perfectly. They did a really good job. It was repaired very nicely.

Antonio said this facility was outstanding. They really took care of business. They did what they said they would do. They provided him with excellent and outstanding customer service.
