It is amazing that someone can give us a review even though we never fixed there vehicle - First of all Brock never spoke with Troy, he spoke with someone else in the office (I am Troy). Second of all he did have an appointment and Brock missed his appointment so we called him to see if he wanted to reschedule in a couple of weeks. He said he was too busy and that he never made an appointment and did not want his 2000 Tahoe repaired. We told him that we would return all the part that were delivered and would cancel his workorder. That was the end of the conversation. We appoligize if you thought we hung up on you.
