Mehari said he took his vehicle to this business to get serviced and they broke his shifter knob. They told him it was just normal wear and tear and they refused to fix the problem. There were a couple of other things they did not fix correctly. When he got his vehicle he noticed that they partially cleaned his vehicle. He used to refer this business in the past but after this experience he will not recommend them nor will he be returning. He thought since he was a loyal customer that they would take care of him.
