Orlo said he noticed a couple of spots that this business worked on that he has a few questions about. He plans on visiting them soon and discussing those issues. They were supposed to take an emblem off the front of his vehicle but it looks like it was painted over instead. A window was also supposed to be taken out, but he stated he thinks they did not do that. He stated he thinks they taped over it instead. At the same time, an employee told him they took the window off and did some process with the masking. However, he stated he thinks they did some shortcuts. The body work and paint work look great, however. When he looks at the vehicle, he can see where they should have scraped off the emblem and sanded it down. The area is raised, as if they painted over it. He did not notice that until recently. They had to build a scaffolding, which took a week longer than they promised. However, when he went to pick up his vehicle, it was done. He only spoke with Troy, but he was good at providing service. He has a couple of people who are interested in receiving service. He will recommend them to this facility, but he will also let them know about his experience with the emblem and window. He did pay for the issues to be removed, sanded off, and painted over, but that is not what he receives. He stated he feels like it was a lot of money to spend for what he received. He had spoken to someone about this facility and drove by them later. They looked really professional, so he stopped in. He noted there must be an explanation as to why they did not scrape off and sand the emblem away. He will speak to Troy about this when he returns to the business, though he added Troy himself may not know about the steps that were taken. He noted he might be nitpicking, but they should have done what he paid for.
