Crisanto said after explaining what damages were caused by the accident, including the windshield being broken, the business seemed like they didn't believe him. When picking up the vehicle the windshield was not repaired so he thought they were calling him a liar. He did not think the experience should get a higher rating because of the way they treated him. It took three weeks to complete the repairs and he didn't think it should have taken that long. He chose not to evaluate the cleanliness, personnel courtesy and professionalism, or the business appearance.
