Maikel said they had his vehicle for 14 days. He said someone had driven his vehicle, the radiator was blown and there was some overspray and some scratches in the paint. The vehicle was ready three days late. The handle on the driver's side is still broken. He said the manager argued that no one drove his vehicle. He will not recommend this business based on this experience.

vehicle did take 3 days longer, because Maikel paid us repair and paint the opposite side that the insurance was paying for. the vehicle was not driven off the lot while it was in here. we review the vehicle with the customer and noticed that there were many things that needed to be maintained on vehicle such as broken brackets on turbo, someone used bailing wire to hold his radiator overflow bottle in place.(not accident related). the handle was addressed and taken care of as a courtesy and polished the rest of his vehicle.
