Phil said this business needs to follow-up with the work that needs to be done. The window wasn't placed back right, there is missing trim, and there's a chip in it. There is paint missing off the edges and some other areas need to be attended to. The interior was dusty and they had to clean it off. Troy, the estimator was easy to work with. They did a fine job but he would not recommend them for the reasons mentioned.

The glass that was replaced was done by a company that was on the insurance list - as a result of this, that company will no longer be doing our glass work. We have offered Mr. Watkins that we could have a different glass company install a new piece of glass.
