"R V Holiday Rambler"
Again before I left I should of checked everything your so called mechanic did he didn't tighten the nuts on hub cap lost the nut and the chrome cover and the other one was almost off too , I guess they never check their work. Sorry Dan but I think you need to watch over your mechanics.

Please understand we charged you half our rate for diagnostic, we do have on record security loss of communication codes that can cause your vehicle to shut down. Also, please remember that we mentioned that any further issues came up that we would continue to look into the issue at no additional cost. Please keep in mind that diagnostic can be a process. Sorry if the price seemed high, however our price always includes 2 years warranty parts and labor. Please put in consideration instrument cluster that we repair was warrantied out at no cost to you.

Rebecca said they were very friendly and they did everything that she expected. They provided great service. However, she was a little perturbed that they did not find anything with the diagnostic. She now has to have her vehicle towed in for a follow-up. Her vehicle makes a noise but it is not starting. She will call them to give her advise.
