Debra said the business had her vehicle longer than they thought when they told her how long it would take to do the repairs. After she picked it up she drove to the store, shut the vehicle off and when she came out it would not start. They had to come and pick it up, this is when she was told it was an easy fix that should not take any longer than a half an hour. She sat for 3 hours, 2 hours before anyone came out and told her it was going to be an hour or so longer.
