The staff was nice, however, the service we received was both late - took nearly a week to get struts done - and incomplete. When we took it to another shop for unrelated work, we learned from the other mechanic that Adams did the work incompletely - left tie-rod ends loose and did not do an alignment, which could have been the reason for the banging noise in the front end in the first place. Overall, the problem is fixed, but after a month of hassle and still little confidence it was done correctly.
