Lillian said she expects to go to a business and they try to sell her extra things. When she telephoned this business about the appointment they asked her if she ever purchased tires from them but, she had not. She explained that she was recommended to them by Judy at Mr. Collision. When she was there they showed her things about the wheels and problems with the tires. They explained and showed her how they were real problems. Her service was for an oil change, fluid and tire rotation and before it was all over she paid them $224 for other stuff they did. She still has 1 problem that could not be solved because she needed a rim. They could not find it and to get 1 she has to pay $78 but she needs to save for it. The staff treated her very nice and were handy.
