Helpful service reps & convenient pick ups
I find the people in the service department to be very helpful. My tires were reading that they had low air pressure. I called the service dept and asked if they could put air in my tires and was told "of course, just bring it to one of the valets". Which I did and air was put in right away. Unfortunately for me, I ended up having to go back because one tire didn't retain the air. They gave me a 2pm appointment but said I could do a "night drop off" at lunchtime so I could get to work and that I had until 8pm to pick it up. That worked out well for me.
