Stephan said he was not thrilled with the service. He had to bring the vehicle in three times for the same unspecified problem. When he brought the vehicle back in they tried to charge him $199 to repair it. They finally replaced a spark plug for $15 and that solved the problem. He said he feels that they were trying to charge him for unnecessary repairs. He would not recommend this business due to his recent experience.

Mr. Perez's visits were over 13 months and 12,900 miles.  Identical engine sympthoms have lots of different causes.  The lastest was a misfiring spark plug which we replaced - no charge for labor.  We strongly recommended a engine tune up becuase with one bad plug, we expect the rest will begin to fail fairly soon.  If his one spark plug solved his problem, thats good, but that is not a long term solution.

Lenus said his vehicle sat at the business for three days before they even started work on it.
