"Honesty & Effective"
It was like working with a friend, who you know isn't going to try to stick it to you just to make a little extra money. It's clear AAC's goals are long term and about keeping people coming back rather than milking them for all they are worth at each visit.

Kortney said the business was dishonest with her on the amount of time it would take to get her vehicle fixed and she paid $1600 for all the work that needed to be done. After getting her vehicle back the problem was still not fixed. She would not recommend this business for service.

Kortney, I seldom argue with a customer and everyone is entitled to how they feel, but I must take exception to the claim of dishonesty. It took longer then expected, true, but there were circumstances beyond our control. The time estimated was a mistake not a lie. When you came back a week later, with a completely unrelated issue, I quickly made it right at no charge and told you to bring it back if there were any other issues. I want to assure you all the work we performed on your vehicle was necessary, done with quality parts and workmanship. We have a market leading two year parts and labor warranty.
