Outstanding service. Chris, Justin, Robin and the mechanic (from New Zealand) were all wonderful
We had a terrible experience on June 21, 2022 on Interstate 90 when our left front tire blew out. We called AAA; Robin, the tow truck driver, came and rescued us; while waiting for Robin, Justin, the dispatcher, called us, calmed us down, made us feel safe while we were waiting....When we got to the shop, Chris and Justin greeted us and again made us feel safe. They had to send for a tire, which arrived in a short enough time to get us on the road again. Tire replaced at a fair price. Everything explained to us. We made it home to Maryland the next day with no further problems. Thanks to the team, a harrowing experience turned out OK.
