I had my dodge caravan towed here after it wouldn’t start. First off waited for 2 hours to get towed when I was only 10 min away from their shop. Then they try to tell me I need a new WIN module and that it needs to be reprogrammed and that I need a new key. Total charge of $1,100. I told them that was outrageous and that if they checked the starter. They assured me that was the problem. I told them I would take my car elsewhere of course they charged me $116.00 for diagnostic which was a wrong diagnosis. I took it to a back alley mechanic that I know and guess what, all he did was replace the starter $250 total.
