oil change
i had an oil change and a tire rotation/the people in the service department at Allen Hyundai in Gulfport,Mississippi were quick and friendly/they did a thorough job and as an extra nice touch vacuumed out the drivers side floor/i have always had a nice experience there which keeps me coming back even though i live 130 miles away in Jackson,Al/everyone there is courteous and friendly from the sales department to the service department

The staff can use an upgrade in customer service.
The staff needs to learn how to speak with people. Their demeanor is very unwelcoming. Not once but twice I have been there to het vehicle service and both time I left feeling like a such a burden on their day.
