Henry said he told this business there might be a problem with the radiator leaking. They assured him there was no problem with the radiator. When he picked the vehicle up, there was zero radiator fluid in the tub. Now the engine is overheating repeatedly. For this reason, he would not recommend this business. He will take his vehicle to another business. The service was fast. It was done the same day.

Repeating car repairs
I't seems that taking my truck in to get repaired is turning into a revolving repair schedule. Not sure if the truck is just old and repairing things disturbs older parts around it then they need repaired or the mechanics overlooked seeing future problems down the road . Example had transmission replaced and the heater blower replaced. Then took it in and had rotors and calipers replaced , now I'm having the actuator going out on the heat coolant mixer side of the havc going bad, making a clicking noise not to mention that the blower is making a strange noise when the fan is turn on. I think that I.m going to attempt to do the repair myself ,or find another shop. I think the repairs are good but I can't afford to spending a lot of money on a monthly basis since I don't drive the truck that much. I don't like calling back saying now I have this problem. Customer service seems to be slipping a little and I have been going there over the years .

Jon said he took his vehicle in and the mechanics told him they couldn't do the repair. They suggested that he needed $1000 worth of alternative work. His vehicle wasn't leaking when he brought it in, but it began to leak after he left.

Dawn said that Shawn checked on the price of a tail light, and the total amount was $200.00. However, he told her to go on line which she did , and she found one for $30.00. The staff was helpful, and friendly.

Doug said he has had problems with some of the technology on his vehicle, because they were faulty coming from the manufacturer and they were slightly expensive. He stated he got to hang out at the business because of the issues, but it was a tough situation. He added he feels they need to be more familiar with it and they need to be more friendly and more experienced with the technology in order to give better instructions.
