Service Dept Excellent
Long story short, we moved to Annapolis in 2014 having purchased our last 3 Hyundai's from another local dealership in DMV (2005-2017). Despite living in Annapolis we continued to patronize the other dealership til they totally dropped ball on our 2017 Elantra after multiple service visits to fix air conditioning. Completely frustrated we gave Jacob a shot and haven't looked back since. Jacob knows his stuff, is organized and honest, a true asset to your dealership. Anyone can sell a car, it's the service department that keeps customer loyal and coming back.
