Spoke with Jason. He said the business was phenomenal and they were very convenient. They waited for him and kept him appraised with the situation regarding his vehicle. He mentioned that Christian was great. He went above and beyond his requirements by handling situations caused by a prior accident and paid for by a previous insurance company as well as working with his current insurance company to get all needed issues repaired. He mentioned he was disappointed with the subcontracted companies that the business used. He mentioned that the company that did his windshield repair forgot to put ten screws back in his windshield and left a razorblade in the molding but the representative was very professional. He also stated the company that provided his rental vehicle gave him a vehicle with expired license plates but they were very courteous.
