Ann said she felt her experience at this business could have gone more smoothly in the beginning. Liberty Mutual Insurance has an online appointment setting system available to clients, which is how she initially scheduled her appointment with them. She received a phone call by Liberty Mutual as she was already at this business for her requested appointment stating they were unable to schedule her in for that day. She is not complaining since she lives very close to their facility but in the future, they should fix the system and have better communication. Besides this mistake, everything with them was great. Christian, her estimator, is very informative, very helpful and he got everything done exactly as needed. Everyone there has been very informative which she appreciates.
