David said this business was friendly, they were prompt, everything was on time and they did what they said they were going to do. He had no other complaints other than there seemed to be a lot of money going into the repairs but the insurance company paid for it. He did mention the price at one point to his insurance company. He was satisfied with the quality of the repair because it looks really good. His vehicle was ready a day earlier than promised and he liked that. He was adequately informed during the repair process because he spoke with someone a few times including the time they called to let him know it had been finished a day early. He was happy and felt blessed by the fact his vehicle was finished early because he was able to drive it to the ball game he wanted to go to that night. Jeremy, the guy who prepared his estimate, did a good job.
