Spoke with Glen. Glen said he rated their overall experience a 4, because their level of service is pretty good, but there is always room for improvement. The representatives were able to get the repair services completed within the time frame as promised. He was satisfied with the thoroughness of the person who prepared their estimate, except for 1 issue. The representative gave them a verbal estimate of the possible cost, however they never got a total cost estimate verbally or written. The estimated cost for their repair service was $5,800. Everything was cool, and they were very satisfied with everything else regarding their repair service.
