Thomas said when he received his vehicle back his taillights were not working. He had to fix them himself. He did not contact the business about this issue and does not intend to. They need to improve their quality control at this business as they burned out the taillights when trying to repair the vehicle and did not bother to check them before returning his vehicle to him.
