Gary said the work was excellent, but there was a glitch with the pick up of his vehicle. They called him at 2:00 pm and told him his vehicle would be ready between 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm and they would call him. He received a call at 4:56 pm, but they did not leave a message. When he finished his long distance call, he called the caller ID number around 4:58 pm or 4:59 pm. They did not answer the phone. When he arrived at 5:03 pm, the business was locked with the staff gone. He was able to pick up his vehicle the next day between 10:30 am and 11:00 am. He was unhappy with this as it was not a very good way to handle the customer. Face-to-face they were courteous.
