Spoke with Robert. He said when he brought his vehicle in to the business the air bag sensor was working. When he received the vehicle back the sensor was not working. He brought it up to the personnel. He was told there was nothing that the facility could do. This cost him $1,100 out of pocket. He said the vehicle was a week late. The business told him a part came in broken and had to be reordered. The original estimate was $1,000. The total bill was $3,200.
