Carrie said when she asked if her vehicle was ready, the employees at this business told her it was. She rushed and paid for the toll lane before this facility closed just for them to tell her it was the wrong vehicle. She still has not received a call back, and her vehicle is still being serviced for a bracket that it not lining up flush, only being off by a hair. They were supposed to order a part but did not. Her insurance agent told her the employees at this facility would order it and they have not called back. She had to call them to find out if her vehicle was ready. She chose this facility because her insurance agent is there.
