Ernest said the business took too long to complete the repairs to his vehicle. They were one and a half weeks late and two of his floor mats were missing. The personnel told him the delay was due to finding additional work and they had to order the parts for it. The person who prepared the estimate neglected to look under the vehicle before estimating the costs to do the repairs. When they found undercarriage damage, more parts had to be ordered, which delayed them from completing the repairs on time.
