Jasmine said this business told her, her vehicle was ready but they couldn't provide a shuttle for her because her vehicle was marked down to be ready the following day. When she finally made arrangements to pick up her vehicle that's when they informed her that her vehicle was actually not ready. Her vehicle was 1 to 2 days late due to a parts delay. Her insurance is the only one that dealt with the estimate.
