Daniel said he missed a voice mail from this business about changing a burnt out headlight bulb. He said his vehicle was finished, but this business left it sitting for two days because they did not get in touch with him about servicing the headlight.This facility turned changing a headlight bulb into a hassle for him. The bulb they ordered didn't work and they had to special order another one from Infiniti.
