Scott said he gave the 1 because his vehicle was towed to Magic Nissan without his knowledge and he is not sure he would have wanted them to do the engine work. This business replaced or repaired the radiator and the AC unit and that was fine but when he picked his vehicle up the engine light came on on the way home. When he got home he called this business, they sent a tow truck to pick the vehicle up. Scott said he could have towed the vehicle and saved himself $100 but he was not given that option. He was not kept informed during the repair or he would have known where his vehicle was. He did not like the idea that the business did not tell him about his vehicle going to the dealership so that is why he was not happy about his treatment. All of these issues together make him not want to recommend them to others.

Scott contacted ARA Collision Carstar after repairs to his vehicle concerning a check engine light which he states came on during his drive we are the repair facility and can not authorize additional repairs to a car without diagnosis confirming it is related to the accident. The option given was that the car would be moved to Magic for Diagnosis and if the Check engine light issue was related to the damages to your car from the collision the insurance would cover this, if not related the cost would be yours. you okd the move to Magic for diagnosis. The Check engine light turned out to be totally unrelated to the accident. Scott was contacted immediatly regarding the nonrelated diagnostic issues on his car, and was very frustrated about these results as he felt they had to be part of the accident. ARA is always striving to improve our customer service and aplolgize if the communication about the move to the mechanical vender did not meet your expectaions.
