Spoke with Kim. She said the staff was friendly, helpful and competent. When the insurance company decided the wheels did not need to be balanced, the business had them balanced at no charge because they thought it was needed. The vehicle was ready one day later than promised and she was told of the delay a few days earlier. There was no reason told to her of the cause of the delay.
