Christina said she is still not clear about the total price of the repairs. She was quoted one amount in the beginning with the first estimate and then she was informed the part she needed would be obtained from a scrap yard. After she got her second estimate she saw that the price had gone up. She was told it was due to taxes, but she couldn't get anyone to explain why the cost went up when they were able to find the part for cheaper. She said the experience has been kind of confusing and frustrating.
