Raymond said the business did stay in contact with him but he requested to be contacted by phone and they only sent emails. The emails they sent were written in abbreviated trade language and he could not understand what they were talking about. After repeated calls to the business, he requested again to be contacted by phone and to have things explained in a better way. After the phone calls the business still repeatedly did it the way they wanted to do things. The owner of the business did follow-up with him when he picked his vehicle up and he was excellent. He respects him and really appreciated it. He was not satisfied with the communication for the reasons mentioned. He would not recommend this business due to the reasons mentioned.
