Angela said they informed her all the way. They got back with her right away when she had questions. The vehicle was delayed two days because additional damages were found. They informed her when they were doing the visual estimate that the time frame may be extended if there were hidden damages. They were very patient when she was asking stupid questions. She is so pleased with the results she plans to take another vehicle in for repairs.
