Yaya said they did not complete the job. There were some missing parts and some parts were to be removed and replaced. They did not install all the parts. The insurance company has advised him to take it to another facility to be checked out. He was told it would take six days but the work took fourteen days before it was ready. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel nor their communication because he tried to explain to them that his vehicle was still under warranty but Gary was not friendly. Gary got frustrated and said some curse words to him and told him he had other work to do. He would not take his vehicle back to them. He would not recommend them to others because of the reasons mentioned.
