Spoke with Jim. He said he is not satisfied with the quality of the repair because his headlights and bumper are out of alignment and his vehicle is leaking antifreeze, so he has to bring it back to the business. His vehicle was ready 1 week later than promised because of a parts delay. He chose this business because they are the closest to him and he has used them before.

Abby said yes and no regarding her satisfaction with the quality of the repair. There were a couple of places missed and she had some hail damage done on her vehicle. It was only a small oversight and she's still pleased with it. David is an excellent manager.

Judy said she was not completely satisfied with the quality of the repair. Two things were missed. One was a part to be replaced and the other was the paint had an orange peak look to it when she went to pick the vehicle up. Because of the paint they had to keep the vehicle another day. She is bringing the vehicle back in tomorrow to have the missed part replaced. She said the business is doing everything to make it right.
