Robert said he was completely satisfied with the quality of the repair, but he would like to speak with David at his earliest convenience. He brought his vehicle back to the business to see whether or not they could tighten the crease on the bumper, but when he picked up his vehicle they were not able to resolve the issue to his satisfaction. He would like to speak with David to see whether or not there is anything he can do to resolve the issue to his satisfaction.

Andrew said the repair was very good. He couldn't tell where the damage had been when he picked it up, nor when he looked at it at home. It's just like it never happened.

Jo said she got her vehicle back earlier than promised. She stated she was very pleased with the personnel, and mentioned she was delayed bringing her vehicle in for an inspection, and they waited for her to arrive to do the inspection. Jo pointed out she goes to this business's dealership, and gets her vehicle serviced by them. She gollowed Jeff, her service advisor, to this business's service department after he left the previous dealership he worked for that she went to for service.

John said he rated his overall experience with the business a 1, because the representatives did not complete the work on time as promised. It was not the fault of the business, but it was the fault of the insurance adjuster who completed the estimate. However he wasn't too satisfied when they called, and also advised they could not complete the work on the second dead line. The reason for the second cause of delay was due to a representative going out of town. The representatives performed a great job with the quality of the repair service. His repair service was almost a whole week late, because of the reasons above. He was well pleased with the thoroughness of the person who completed the estimate. The representative found and located additional damages. As a result, they had to get the adjuster to perform another inspection to complete the inspection, and approve for the additional damages to be fixed. He understood the reason for the cause of delay for the additional damages. He would not recommend the business for repair services, because they did not complete the work on time as promised. However he may recommend the sales department, because they treated him very nice.

Joe said he rated his overall experience a 2 due to the vehicle not having been cleaned when the repair was completed. He also said there was some warranty work to be done on the symbol on the rear of the vehicle which they forgot to complete. Joe is going to have the warranty done at a different facility due to it being more convenient.

Michael said he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because there is water leaking into his trunk and water in the lights. He mentioned the steel inside his trunk is turning bad. He would like one of the managers to contact him to see when he can bring his vehicle back into this business.
