Spoke with Steve Smith. Steve said that he has to take his vehicle back because there is a screw missing and the door has a air leak. There is some issues with the body and paint work. He chose not to elaborate further.

Patrice gave a rating of 4 because the vehicle was in the business for a long time. Although there was no promised time given, it was at the business for 3 weeks possibly due to insurance delays. She noted the business was very busy due to hail damaged vehicles which were there at the time of this repair. The estimate was prepared by the insurance company. Patrice would like the business to know they did a great job on the workmanship.

Frank said he couldn't find anything to complain about. His vehicle was returned to him in a very clean condition. They polished it for him and it is so impeccable that he doesn't want to take it out in the rain. It looks better than it did the first day that he drove it. He really loves his Crossover Cadillac. He has had 7 Cadillacs throughout the years, but this one is the best. His vehicle is running in a great condition and he is very impressed with the business.

Carlton said there was a hail storm while his vehicle was with the business. His vehicle was kept for a week and a half longer than expected because of the additional hail damage. The estimator he initially worked with went on vacation and whoever replaced him for the week neglected to move his car inside. Carlton mentioned being perturbed with the second estimator, but the first one was great.

Melissa said her vehicle was ready four days later than promised due to a parts delay. She said the only issue she had was their lack of attention to detail. Her vehicle was broken in to and a window was broken. She had papers in the vehicle and this business stuck them in the pouch on the side of her driver's side seat when they were still full of broken glass. She notified them, they were very apologetic and offered to take care of it for her but she does not live near this business. They were very helpful and friendly.
