Spoke with Nicki. She said the personnel were wonderful. She worked with Ryan Gunther and he was phenomenal. He was very helpful and made her feel like her vehicle was the only thing he had going on. She would give him a gold star and would highly recommend this business, and Ryan personally.

Sarah stated that her vehicle was delayed about 4 weeks because of a parts delay. She took a second vehicle into the business for repairs and that one was done sooner than promised. So they made up for the first vehicle being late and she was satisfied with the effort that they made. The guy that worked with her did a good job on the estimate of the vehicle.

Spoke with Heather. Heather said she would only rate her overall experience with a 4 because her vehicle was not ready when promised. She was not notified that the vehicle was not ready and they did not use the correct phone number, which created problems. She had to rent a vehicle. It was two days late and they did not say why it was late. Also, she was not kept adequately informed during the repair process. Therefore, she as not satisfied with the shop's communication. They did not keep her updated.

Jane said the repairs to her vehicle took 3 weeks longer than expected. They were waiting for a part from Japan. It was out of their control. If she ever needs repairs to her vehicle, she would certainly use them again.

Sandra stated that the repairs were only supposed to take two days but it took about two and a half extra weeks because of a parts issue. She said that they got the wrong fog light in and it had to be reordered. Sandra mentioned that the people were great. She added that the guy that helped her with the vehicle at the beginning was excellent and she appreciated that work. Sandra explained that this gentleman was generally interested in making sure everything was done and her vehicle was safe for her.

Kenneth said he did not rate his overall experience with this business higher than a 3 because of the following. After he picked up his vehicle he only checked the top of his vehicle, which had been damaged. At some point he noticed a square piece of paint about the size of a quarter missing from his bumper. His vehicle is black, and the area where the paint fell off is gray. He pointed out he doesn't know if this business bumped into something or rubbed up against his bumper. He explained he's been very busy working all the time, but when he has the time he will call this business about the above.

Jamie said she rated the overall a 3 because her vehicle sat for 4 days before anyone even looked at it and she was never called. When she finally was called there was more damage found so she had to get another estimate. Someone also put a tire on her back seat and now there is a stain.
