Carlton said he would've given them a 5 for his overall experience with them up until this last weekend. They had taken his vehicle to the Nissan Dealership and left it out in the open during a hailstorm. This is where his overall experience dropped to a 3. Justin Demeris was the employee that took good care of him. He went on vacation for a week. Whoever took over for him, was the one in charge when his vehicle was left out in the hailstorm. Justin sent him pictures every day and called every other day. He kept Carlton well informed. Now due to the hail damage, Carlton has to file a claim with his insurance for hail damage. Arnold Palmer Cadillac Body Shop will not pick up the tab for the hail damage, or the rental or his lost time.
