Juliana said she had to go back so they could get the headlight they replaced to work. They had told her in the beginning repairs would take 3 to 4 days, but instead took 2 week which caused her to miss a trip she was supposed to take. They found additional damage, which meant they had to order more parts and caused the repairs to take twice as long. They would call her with the updates, but whenever she called there she would get voice mail, no one actually answered and because the additional damaged that was missed at first causing the repairs to take twice as long the person that did the estimate was not very thorough.

Linda said after the estimate was performed, the employees at this business told her it would take 3 days to repair her vehicle. However, the repair too 7 days. They found additional damage and had to wait for the parts. Her driver's seat needed to be repaired, but apparently that's a service, that they do not provide. They have a subcontractor that performs this, but they were never able to catch up with him. When she brought her vehicle in, she told them about the seat, so she would not have to bring it back. They called and left messages because they could never get her. They also sent her emails. They always treat their customers nicely. She did not communicate with them during repair process. She just communicated with the estimator.

Yun said she was not completely satisfied with her overall experience because she was not satisfied with the electrical work. The check engine light came on and she is going back for resolution. The customer service was fine, but the electrical work was not. The vehicle was 4 days late and things were backed up with many customers.

Kenny said the quality of the work was great. They forgot to replace the parts in the suspension which delayed the vehicle by two days. He lost money because he had to take off from work twice to pick up his vehicle.

Gabriel said he was not satisfied with his overall experience because he said it was difficult for him to get a hold of someone at the business. He had to call repeatedly before he was able to reach anyone. He said he was not given a promised date and the business did not tell him when his vehicle would be ready. The rental agency called him and told him his vehicle was ready. He also said the insurance company handled his estimate and overall the communication with the business was not good. He would not recommend them due to this experience.

Fabiola said she had to go back to this business several times. When she received her vehicle it had scratches on it. The repair took longer to complete because they had to fix the scratches. She chose not to specify if her vehicle was ready when promised. She was not kept adequately informed. She had to call them and no one ever answered or returned her messages. She never met the person who prepared her estimate. They were not caring and they did not explain things to her. She expected more because she bought her vehicle from the parent dealership. She would not recommend this business based on this experience.

The person that prepared her estimate should have looked under the hood to see if there was damage to the engine. She would not recommend this business due to the reasons already stated.

Lester said the personnel are very nice, professional and busy. He could not get in contact with anybody regarding the status of his vehicle at first. It ended up being about a couple of days longer. At first, it was thought they would need to order a part. It was found out later that it was not needed. He did not get a hold of someone for a couple of days regarding whether it was ready or not. When it comes to his satisfaction with this business' communication, he was not kept informed well. He suggests better communication.

Tom said they had his vehicle for 6 weeks. There was no promised date given, but the business received the wrong parts. He and his wife had to call to see what was happening because the business did not keep them informed. If it were his choice, he would have gone somewhere else. His home phone number was called instead of the cell phone number. Overall, the communication was inadequate. He would not recommend this business because the entire experience took too long.

Juan said he was not happy with the communication of the facility. One of the headlights is not working, the vehicle is not aligned and the windshield is still broken. He was told that a glass company was going to go to his home for this. The vehicle was ready a week later than promised. He was on his way to pick up his vehicle and received a call from the facility that it was going to be late a few days because the front bumper had been scratched. He chose not to evaluate the estimate because he was not sure of it. The communication was bad because he was not updated properly on the process. Also, they removed the wheels and he asked if they had been tightened too much and two different people gave him different information. He is not happy with the communication and will not recommend them for this reason.

Kathy said they were not very good with following-up with the insurance company. The four day repair turned into a month. The vehicle was delayed because parts had to be ordered. Also, there was a lot of going back in forth between the insurance company. The business previously did a great job repairing her Cadillac.

John said the repair took much longer than promised. He was told the repair would take ten to fourteen days. He had to call them on the twentieth day regarding the process. He does not know the reason for the delay. He was not happy with the communication as he was not updated. Due to this experience he would not recommend this facility.
