Linda said she contacted the business more than enough to make sure they got all of the parts. Once they took her bumper off, they had to order more parts, which caused a three day delay.

Melissa said the details of the work performed were not as good as she thought they would be but they did a great job communicating with her. Her vehicle was returned to her a week later than promised due to a parts delay. They made sure she was kept updated regarding the delay. There was some orange peel left in her paint. She might be taking the vehicle back because the new door handle does not seem to be operating like the old one did. She said she understands her vehicle is old and does not expect it to be perfect.

Daniel said when he received his vehicle from this business it smelled like oil and grease. He is leaving the windows down in hopes that it will air out but the smell is hard to get rid of. He has not contacted them regarding this issue and has no plans to do so.

Terrie said she will be returning to the business for service, but their were couple of issues during this visit. The repairs took five days longer, due to the business having to order extra parts. She stated that she never actually saw the estimate in writing. The communication was lacking. She received detailed text messages, but always got a voice mail, when she tried to call the business.

Spoke with Sarah. She said she called the business a few times during the repair, but she never received a call back. She had to go to the place of the business to get the update on her vehicle. The business told her vehicle would be finished within 3 to 4 days but they took 8 days due to parts being ordered.
