Eddie said he wasn't promised a time when his vehicle would be ready. He only had one issue with this business. He asked them to let him know 1 day before his vehicle would be ready in order for him to make arrangements. They estimated he would get his vehicle back on a Wednesday so Eddie called them to see if it was ready on Wednesday. He left a message on a voice mail asking this business to contact him. No one called him back. Eddie was told the reason they didn't get back to him was because they didn't have access to the person's voicemail to retrieve the messages, and the person hadn't been back to work. Eddie suggested they should make sure they have access to all messages. This business never gave him a 1 day notice as he had requested. They called him on a Friday, and told him his vehicle was ready. Eddie and his wife picked it up on a Saturday, and this business' manager made sure the insurance would pay for the extra day's rental. He pointed out he had to return to this business when he gets a chance for them to replace a plastic ring deflector cutter on one of his windows that they broke. He discovered it was broken when he got his vehicle back, but this business' manager, and the person who helped Eddie with everything, didn't know that someone who worked on his vehicle had broken it. He commented everyone treated him well and they did a good job.
