Spoke with Joel. He said the business did nothing wrong. They were clear about what needed to be done on his vehicle and why it was going to cost what it was going to cost. They also explained everything to him.

Brad said he needed many repairs done but the staff would not share what was urgent. He could not even drive around block after having a tune-up done. The old business was very reputable before this new management took over.

Sara said the customer service was wonderful. The work was wonderful and she has no complaints. Overall she has received wonderful service from start to finish.

Lorri said this business does a great job. She receives satisfactory results.

Nathen said on both his last visit to this business and the one before that, one of the technicians was disrespectful. During his first visit, he was quoted one price, but when he went to pay, the price had changed. He discovered that this was due to the fact that the technician had installed a part without his permission. When he questioned the technician, he got an attitude. During the visit before that, a blinker that this business put in quit working less than 30 days after they had installed it. He took the vehicle back, and the technician informed him that he would not fix it next time because the part was not under warranty. For the reasons specified he would not recommend this business for service.

Harold said the gentleman at the front desk did not have a welcoming demeanor and was rude. This business tried to over charge him for a basic service. For the reasons specified, he would not recommend this business for service.

Fred said that he was provided with good service but the prices were a little bit high.

I would trust Art of Maintenance with my first born. As it is, I trust them with my 1997 Honda Civic hatchback..♥️

Tkhe qualit of service and attention to detail is far beyond other vehicle service providers I've used including dealerships

Kyle said this business was friendly and knowledgeable. He took his vehicle in because the emergency brake light had turned on. They fixed it but less than a month later it turned back on again. He will be taking his vehicle back into them again.

Went for check engine light was told need new motor. I bought truck for cheap price so decided to replace motor Kevin was very helpful in making sure everything was done right they took there time and truck runs great so. Now it's going to cost you some money when you go here but I think it is worth it. Plus have great warranty on there work.

Front office staff isn’t very professional. Lots of angry swearing and shouting coming out of the front office. Lack of authentic care in their service and interactions. They didn’t exhibit any behavior that would make me want to trust them. And ultimately, I came in for my check engine light being on — it’s still on, $1900 later. My car feels worse than when I arrived.
