Jerems said they billed him for unauthorized charges. The bill was 4 times what he anticipated it to be. He feels he was taken advantage of. There was poor communication and they threatened to keep his vehicle. If they are not willing to admit they made a mistake he will be forced to take them to small claims court.

Awesome service and friendly staff.
We had a major issue with our 2008 Ram truck. The bolts on the left front tire were sheared off by the aluminum alloy rim. We were traveling east on I-10 in the fast lane and had to pull over to the right shoulder and onto the frontage road. A passerby named Jody stopped to help us and called Art. He responded in his personal vehicle and also called the tow truck. This happened in the late afternoon---almost their closing time. Art went to a parts store himself and had one of his mechanics stay after closing to perform the repair. They offered us the use of one of their personal vehicles if the repair could not be completed that evening. Both Art and his wife were very helpful and showed us true Texan hospitality. We can't thank them enough for helping us and getting us back on the road. We were on vacation and traveling from California east to Florida to visit our daughter.
