Car washes
The service representative's, service manager the mechanics and everyone else who is behind the scenes are fantastic. BUT I was very disappointed that the free car washes that you provide with the service package and the email's that I receive are no longer honored. If this was included in the original packet it should be accepted. I have 2 new vehicles and I haven't used those coupons yet. You should also revise the email's that you send out. Everything else is a 10
